Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. If you do not need 100 pieces, we have several distributors who may carry the part you need. Our lead times are typically 4-5 weeks. If you are not ordering a standard part, it may be longer. All of our parts are made to order, so we usually do not have any in stock.
For most of our standard parts, we can send a couple of samples, if they are available. We cannot guarantee we will have samples available for any of our parts. Contact our Customer Service department to inquire.
Are any colors other than black available?
The standard color for phenolic material is black. Other colors are available at a slightly increased price. Thermoplastic materials have a very wide range of available colors. In many cases we can match your color target, or PMS number. We will be happy to assist you in making a color selection. Please contact our Customer Service department for color samples.

What materials are your parts made of?
Davies Molding uses only the best molding materials available. We select these materials based on the end use of the product. Some of our items are produced from thermoset materials while others are thermoplastic. Our catalog and website describes the type material used in each product or product family. Only occasionally can substitutions be made, as the process is different for different materials.
